Chevening Alumni Programme Fund (CAPF)
As a current Chevening Scholar, I am eligible to apply for the Chevening Alumni Programme Fund (CAPF) upon my return to Nigeria after completing my MA in Manchester.
CAPF provides grants to organize alumni activities and projects that enhance Chevening's engagement, influence, and social impact. These grants are awarded through the annual Chevening Alumni Programme Fund bidding round.
The CAPF seeks innovative projects that bring alumni together locally, regionally, or globally, and have a lasting impact while raising the profile of this prestigious scheme.
I have used my project, "The Voice of Trees," which focuses on using performance art for social development through art education, to create a proposal for funding in the range of £3,000 to £10,000.
